BCHA are seeking a full-time Multi Trade Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team, working predominantly across Dorset. You will bring a trades background with skills in bathroom and kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling and painting, handling both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

This role requires travel within Dorset; you must hold a full driving licence to drive a company van. A 40-hour week is standard, with a provided van, smartphone, uniform and PPE, plus opportunities for

• Trades background with hands-on experience in the housing sector.
• Experience in multiple trades and finishing works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Dorset.
• Provide high-standard customer service on-site where the customer is present.
• Travel within the role and operate a company van when required.
