Job summary

BCHA are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team working predominantly across Dorset. You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within the Housing sector, with a trades background in bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling and painting.

There is a strong emphasis on customer service as the customer is often on site. Full-time role (40 hours per week) with a van, smartphone, uniform and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Trades background with hands-on experience in multiple trades.
• Experience in bathroom and kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling, and painting.
• Experience in housing repairs or maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work across planned and reactive maintenance across Dorset.
• Deliver quality workmanship with strong customer service on site.
• Travel as required and operate a company van with a valid licence.
