Job summary

Abri is recruiting two skilled Multi-Trade Operatives with strong plumbing experience to join our team across Southampton, Bournemouth and Andover. You’ll carry out a range of repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments to prepare homes for new customers.

You’ll work closely with colleagues and contractors to keep empty homes moving through the turnaround process, delivering a high standard of service and taking pride in getting things right first time.

Qualifications

• Two multi-trade operatives with plumbing experience are required.
• Experience in repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments is preferred.
• Ability to carry out a range of general property repairs and maintenance.

About the role

You’ll work acrossSouthampton, Bournemouth and Andover as well as the surrounding areas,carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work to prepare homes for new customers.

Working closely with colleagues, contractors and housing teams, you’ll help ensure properties are ready to let quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. While this is a multi-trade role, we’re particularly keen to hear from operatives with strong plumbing skills, including repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments.
