Job summary

Abri is recruiting two skilled Multi-Trade Operatives with strong plumbing experience to join our team across Southampton, Bournemouth and Andover. You’ll carry out a range of repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments to prepare homes for new customers.

You’ll work closely with colleagues and contractors to keep empty homes moving through the turnaround process, delivering a high standard of service and taking pride in getting things right first time.

Qualifications

• Two multi-trade operatives with plumbing experience are required.
• Experience in repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments is preferred.
• Ability to carry out a range of general property repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing repairs, replacements and installations.
• Completing a range of general property repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Preparing homes so they’re safe, welcoming and ready for new customers.
• Working with colleagues and contractors to keep empty homes moving through the turnaround process.
• Delivering a high standard of service and taking pride in getting things right first time.
