Job summary

Abri Group is looking for two skilled Multi-Trade Operatives with strong plumbing experience to join our Empty Homes Team across Southampton, Bournemouth and Andover. You’ll carry out plumbing repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments, plus a range of general property repairs to prepare homes for new customers.

Working with colleagues and contractors, you’ll help ensure properties are safe, welcoming and ready to let quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven plumbing skills across repairs and installations.
• Experience with bathroom refurbishments is a plus.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites in the south coast area.

We're looking for two skilled Multi-Trade Operatives with strong plumbing experience to join our team. About the role

You’ll work across Southampton, Bournemouth and Andover as well as the surrounding areas, carrying out a range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work to prepare homes for new customers. Working closely with colleagues, contractors and housing teams, you’ll help ensure properties are ready to let quickly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. While this is a multi-trade role, we’re particularly keen to hear from operatives with strong plumbing skills, including repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments. Every home you complete helps someone take the next step in their journey.
