Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in East Grinstead is seeking an experienced trade operative to install and repair UPVC windows and doors and to carry out associated trades across East Grinstead and nearby areas. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed to deadlines while delivering excellent customer care.

• Experience as trade operative with skills in repairing and installing UPVC windows and doors.
• Ability to carry out maintenance and responsive repairs across properties.

Job description

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: East Grinstead

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trade operative who has skills in installing and repairing UPVC windows and doors and other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering East Grinstead and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
