Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Wisbech is seeking an experienced Carpenter & Plumber to join our maintenance team, covering Wisbech and surrounding areas.

You will undertake a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs, including void works and property MOTs, using skills across trades. A valid UK driving licence is required as a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced Carpenter and Plumber with skills in other trades.
• Carrying out maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs.
• UK driving licence required; company vehicle provided.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Wisbech

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Wisbech and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you’re a reliable, experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
