Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Trade Operative to join our property maintenance team in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repairs across multiple trades, including void works and property MOTs, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to deadlines.

The role requires experience across trades, a valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided), and eligibility to work in the UK. Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Deliver a first class service to properties in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and surrounding areas.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence; company vehicle provided.
• Post subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship; reside in England or Wales.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades in to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
