Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in London is seeking a Trade Operative with experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting to cover the South London region.

You will carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across their properties, working to deadlines with good customer care.

A valid UK driving licence is required, a Basic Disclosure Check may apply, and you must be eligible to work in the UK; London Weighting allowance of £125/month applies.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: South London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades in to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering the South London region.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

If you're a reliable, experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring and can provide good customer care we want to hear from you.

As an operative working in the London Region, you'll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
