Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced trade operative for permanent, full-time work in East Grinstead. The role covers maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs across our properties with a focus on UPVC windows and doors, plus other trades.

You will travel to sites in East Grinstead and surrounding areas with a company vehicle provided. You must hold a valid UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and repairing UPVC windows and doors.
• Ability to carry out maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs to required standards.
• Work across East Grinstead and surrounding areas delivering a first-class service.
• Provide reliable customer care and ensure work is completed efficiently within deadlines.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: East Grinstead

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trade operative who has skills in installing and repairing UPVC windows and doors and other trades to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering East Grinstead and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
