Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trade for permanent social housing maintenance work in the Cheltenham area. The role offers a secure position on the books with a salary in the £34-36k range and a company van with fuel card.

You will handle carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and flooring, working with other trades and reporting progress to your supervisor. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Good trades experience.
• Experience in social housing is desirable.
• Full UK driving license.
• DBS check will be conducted for successful candidate.
• Honest and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance work on properties in the Cheltenham area.
• Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring.
• Working alongside other trades/colleagues.
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly.
• Reporting to your supervisor on progress.
• Speaking with customers politely and professionally.
