Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for reactive and planned maintenance across residential properties. You will operate from a company van across Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Basingstoke, Reading and surrounding areas.

Key tasks include carpentry, plumbing and kitchen/bathroom repairs, plus tiling and making good. A valid UK driving licence and own hand tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property maintenance or as a Multi-Trade Operative.
• Strong carpentry skills (essential).
• Good all-round maintenance experience including basic plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and general repairs.
• Experience working in occupied residential properties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own hand tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join their growing maintenance team, delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and void works across residential properties.

This is a mobile role, working from a fully equipped company van across Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Basingstoke, Reading and surrounding areas.

The Role

• Reactive maintenance and planned works
• Void property refurbishments
• Carpentry, plumbing and general multi-trade repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs/installations
• Tiling, flooring, plaster patching and making good
• Wet wall panelling and bathroom cladding
• Basic UPVC window and door repairs

You’ll manage your workload using a job management system, updating job progress, recording materials, uploading photos and completing clear job reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property maintenance or as a Multi-Trade Operative
• Strong carpentry skills (essential)
• Good all-round maintenance experience including basic plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and general repairs
• Experience working in occupied residential properties
• Full UK driving licence
• Own hand tools

Desirable

• Social housing or responsive repairs experience
• Kitchen and bathroom programme experience
• Wet wall/AquaBoard installation
• UPVC repair experience
• NVQ or relevant trade qualifications
• CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness
• Experience using job management software
