Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Borehamwood is seeking a Trade Operative with experience across carpentry, plumbing, plastering and more to join our maintenance team. You will deliver a first-class service to our properties in Borehamwood and surrounding areas, carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repairs, void works and property MOTs.

You’ll work across specialist trades and any secondary trades, with a focus on meeting deadlines and providing good customer care.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring).
• Ability to deliver first-class service to properties in Borehamwood and surrounding areas.
• Good customer care and communication during maintenance and repairs.

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades in to join our team!!!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Borehamwood and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As an operative working in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
