Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a qualified Multi Trade Operative to service properties in the North London region. You will perform a wide range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and flooring while delivering high-quality customer care.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle is provided. The role is permanent, full-time, with 40 hours weekly and an annual salary in the £34,359–£42,759 band plus a £125 London Allowance and a company bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades delivering maintenance and repair work.
• Proven ability to carry out void works, repairs and property MOTs.
• Strong customer service focus and reliability.
