Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Trade Operative to cover Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas, delivering varied maintenance and repairs across multiple trades. You will manage responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, working to deadlines and maintaining high service standards.

A valid UK driving licence is mandatory, and a company vehicle will be provided. The role offers a permanent contract, 40 hours per week, and eligibility for the London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month,

Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades in to join our team!!!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.

As an operative working in the London Region, you'll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
