Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Multi Trader for site work in Benfleet & Thurrock. You will repair doors, locks, handles, and hinges, fix walls and ceilings, and carry out minor carpentry to keep properties in good condition.

The ideal candidate has residential property experience, a valid driving license, and good customer service. The role is temp to perm with a company van and a fuel card, paid weekly at £22 per hour CIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential properties.
• Good social and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Repairing doors, locks, handles and hinges on site.
• Fixing damaged walls, plaster or ceilings.
• Replacing skirting boards or architraves.
• Minor carpentry work and repairs to cupboards or kitchen units.
• Filling cracks and holes in walls.
