EA Associates seeks an experienced Multi Trader/Carpenter for void properties in Colchester and surrounding areas. Temporary to permanent role with an immediate start on 27th July 2026. You will perform carpentry and multi-trade repairs across planned refurbishments, upholding high workmanship standards.

Role covers Colchester and nearby areas; driving licence required, own tools preferred. Immediate start and long-term prospects offered.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Multi Trader / Carpenter - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Colchester, Essex (covering properties within approximately a 60-mile radius)

Pay: £18.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader / Carpenter to join a well-established team working on void properties across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering ongoing work for the right candidate with excellent long‑term prospects.

The Role

• Carrying out carpentry and general multi‑trade repairs in void properties
• Working on planned refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Covering Colchester and surrounding areas within a 60-mile radius
• Delivering high‑quality workmanship and maintaining excellent standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader with a strong carpentry background
• Ability to carry out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
