Multi Skilled Operative - Somerset

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on domestic properties in the Somerset Area.

The work includes void properties and responsive work in occupied housing.

Permanent contract with a reputable maintenance company.

Salary: GBP35,000 per annum + van + fuel card and benefits (GBP17ph on the books).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance in various properties, including planned and responsive work.
• Performing all aspects of maintenance work across multiple trades.
• Completing tasks such as tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, and decorating.
• Driving a company van safely.

Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Honesty and dependability.
• Trade qualification (advantageous but not essential).
