Job summary

RG Setsquare in West Sussex is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative to join a thriving maintenance contractor delivering planned and reactive work in residential properties across the region.

You will carry out trades such as carpentry, plumbing or plastering, work safely, keep accurate records and maintain vehicles, tools and stock. A Full UK Driving Licence and NVQ qualification (or equivalent) are preferred. Ideally located from Chichester to Worthing and Horsham.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ qualified or equivalent.
• Time served for a minimum 10 years in qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in customer focused, target driven environments.
• Able to work independently, manage workload and solve problems.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Social housing experience.
• Candidates must have access to their own power tools.

Responsibilities

Multi Trade Operative

£34k to £37k per annum + company van, fuel card, phone and parking permits

West Sussex

Multi Trade operatives required for a high quality and thriving maintenance contractor to carry out planned and reactive maintenance work in both occupied and empty residential properties in West Sussex. You should have previous experience in the same role and be qualified in at least one trade, e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering.

You must work safely, deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards.

You will ideally be located anywhere from Chichester across to Worthing and up to Horsham.
