Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a busy contractor in the Plymouth area. You will perform all aspects of planned maintenance on social housing properties, across tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and more, reporting to your supervisor.

The role is permanent, with a van and fuel card provided, and a generous holiday entitlement. A full UK driving licence and DBS clearance will be arranged for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-trade experience across trades.
• DBS clearance will be arranged for the successful candidate.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance works across social housing properties.
• Carry out tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating as required.
• Operate the work van safely and report to supervisor.

Multi Trade Operative Required – Plymouth

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Plymoutharea to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of planned maintenance work.

Permanent role on the books with a very busy and reputable contractor paying around £35,000 per annum van and fuel card. Pay every 2 weeks and 20 days holiday bank holidays.

Multi Trade OperativeDay to Day:

• All aspects ofmaintenance work in social housing properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving the work van safely and responsibly
• Reporting to your supervisor

Multi Trade OperativeRequirements:

• Good multi trade experience
• Previous experience working within social housing beneficial
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
