Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd seeks a self-employed Multi-Trade Operative around Peterborough to handle insurance reinstatement and property repair projects across residential properties. You will travel within a 90-minute radius, working independently with your own van and tools. Weekly pay plus mileage and travel payments are provided.

Job description

Take on a long-term self-employed Multi-Trade Operative contract with an established insurance contractor, based around Peterborough and working on reinstatement and property repair projects following property damage claims. Travel is typically within 90 minutes of Peterborough, with most jobs expected to be considerably closer.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative who can work independently across residential properties and deliver a high standard of work. The role offers consistent insurance reinstatement work, weekly pay and mileage and travel payments.

• Carrying out insurance reinstatement and property repair works.
• Completing flooring repairs and installations.
• Undertaking plastering and patch plastering.
• Carrying out general multi-trade maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

Benefits

• Weekly pay, with CIS payments available.
• 45p per mile mileage allowance.
