PPS Property Solutions is seeking experienced Multi Trade Operatives to work within occupied domestic properties across the East Midlands on insurance reinstatement projects. You will perform reinstatement and refurbishment tasks with attention to quality and customer service.

The role requires your own van and tools, relevant trade qualifications or experience, and a UK driving licence. Company offers long-term secure work, mileage allowances, and overtime opportunities.

East Midlands Region | Insurance Reinstatement Works

PPS Property Solutions is a highly reputable, family-run business with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality property repairs and insurance reinstatement works. Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts, we are looking to expand our team and recruit experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support our work across the East Midlands.

About the Role

Working within occupied domestic properties, you will be responsible for completing a variety of reinstatement and refurbishment works following insurance claims. We are seeking skilled individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and excellent customer service.

Essential Trade Skills

• First and second fix carpentry
• Kitchen installation and bespoke joinery
• Bathroom fitting
• Plastering
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical works
• Wall and floor tiling
• Flooring installation, including:
• Solid wood flooring
• Laminate flooring
• Glue-down vinyl flooring
• Brickwork and blockwork
• Landscaping and external works
• Painting and decorating

Candidate Requirements

• Have your own van suitable for carrying tools and materials
• Possess your own tools and equipment
• Have relevant trade qualifications and/or demonstrable industry experience
• Hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance
• Have an up-to-date DBS check (or be willing to obtain one)
• Be reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Hold a full UK driving licence
