Job summary

Construct Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Multi Trade Operative for a high-end residential refurbishment in Kensington & Chelsea, London. The role covers carpentry (1st fix), brickwork and general building, plus soft strip-out and demolition. Start ASAP on an ongoing basis, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, on site.

CSCS card required; you must have experience in luxury refurbishments and be able to provide contactable references. Location is Kensington & Chelsea, London.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience on high-end residential refurbishment projects.
• Good range of multi-trade skills.
• Contactable references.
