Job summary

Ian Williams in Camberley is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative for our reactive repairs team. The role covers joinery, plumbing, tiling and more in occupied properties, with a 39-hour paid week and guaranteed earnings.

You'll need a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent). A company van and fuel card are provided, along with uniform, PPE and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent) is required.
• Desirable: experience in domestic or social housing environments.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade works within occupied properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling and more.
• Apply fault finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all jobs.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

• Multi trade work -Complete works within occupied properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling and more
• Problem solving - Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people's homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
