Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is recruiting Multi Trade Operatives to join a reactive repairs team in the Camberley area. You’ll perform a range of trades in occupied properties, with a stable 39-hour week and a competitive basic salary.

The role offers an on-target earnings potential up to £41,756 with bonus, overtime and call outs, plus a company van, fuel card and uniform. A full UK driving licence is essential, with career development and benefits described in Life at Ian Williams.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with others.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety first in all activities and supported by the team.
• Carry out multiple trade tasks within occupied properties (joinery, plumbing, tiling, etc.).
• Apply fault finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

• Multi trade work-Complete workswithinoccupiedproperties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling and more
• Problem solving-Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
