• NVQ qualification in a relevant trade is beneficial.

Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company. Our multi-company group specializes in maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services with a growing national footprint. With ambitious plans for further expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry.

We are currently looking for 2 Multi Trade Operatives to join our team covering the Crawley/Horesham area.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Respond to and complete repairs as directed.
• Carry out maintenance, void works, and similar activities within domestic and other properties.
• Utilize all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades, along with analytical skills, to diagnose faults and implement remedies on the first visit whenever possible.
• Ensure maintenance works are completed safely according to SHE requirements, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.

You will be provided with a van and fuel card.

Qualifications:

• NVQ qualified in carpentry, plastering, tiling, joinery, or similar (not essential).

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Multi Trade role.
• Experience working within social housing is beneficial.
• Voids experience in a Multi role.
