Job summary

Cardo Group is seeking 2 Multi Trade Operatives to join our team covering the Crawley/Horesham area. You will respond to and complete repairs, carry out maintenance and void works across domestic properties, using your multi-trade skills to diagnose faults on the first visit where possible.

With van and fuel card provided, you will work safely and to SHE standards, delivering high-quality workmanship and helping us maintain our growing social housing portfolio.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for 2 Multi Trade Operatives to join our team covering the Crawley/Horesham area.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Responsible for responding to, and completing repairs as directed.


• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, void works and other similar activities within domestic and other properties.


• You will utilise all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades as well as your excellent analytical skills in diagnosing faults and implementing remedies on the first visit to the property as much as possible.


• You will ensure that maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivered efficiently and to a professionally high standard

You will be provided with a van + fuel card.

Qualifications:

• NVQ qualified (Carpentry/plastering/tiling/joinery) but not essential.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Multi Trade role


• Experience working within social housing would be beneficial


• Voids experience in a Multi role.
