Sanctuary Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reinvestment work on our assets. You will work as a plumber and joiner, installing kitchens, bathrooms, windows and other fittings, maintaining high safety standards.

We have an opportunity for a multi-trade operative within the planned team carrying out reinvestment work on behalf of our assets team, medical adaptions in customers' homes, and very occasionally day-to-day work (i.e. voids). For this role you will be working as a working as a plumber and joiner to assist in delivering reinvestment work (replacement kitchens, bathrooms, windows etc.) in the specified timeframe. The successful candidate will be a forward‑thinking individual with a broad skill set across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and general maintenance.
