Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our maintenance team. The role covers Borehamwood, Hertsmere and surrounding areas, with a 40-hour week and a permanent contract.

You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring, with a focus on quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple trades and ability to cover a range of property maintenance tasks.
• Carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all trades.
