Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to carry out general multi-trade works across our Dartford base, supporting planned maintenance upgrades in the South London area. The role involves a range of trades, including painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing and plastering, with a provided van, fuel card and PPE.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with a base office in Dartford.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction sector.
• Good understanding of legislation in maintenance and property management.
• Good standard of education.
• Good customer service skills.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general multi-trade activities (painting, decorating, tiling, plastering).
• Perform routine carpentry and plumbing tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Fire Safety orders.
• Maintain van stock records and order materials as needed.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times and provide excellent customer service.
