Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to perform general multi-trade work across our stock in the Dartford and South London area. The role includes kitchens and bathrooms upgrades, with a company van, fuel card and PPE supplied.

The ideal candidate has construction sector experience, knowledge of maintenance and property management regulations, and good educational background. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction sector.
• A good understanding of legislation in maintenance and property management.
• Good customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general multi trade activities including painting and decorating, tiling, plastering and carpentry tasks.
• Completing works in line with current Building Regulations and safety orders.
• Work flexibly as part of a team to deliver annual component replacement targets.
• Maintain van stock records and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Carry out duties as required by line manager with appropriate supervision.
