Norwich based housing association is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to perform multi trade repairs on void properties in and around Dereham and Kings Lynn. You will work as part of a team, carrying out carpentry and plumbing tasks, with van and power tools provided and your own hand tools required.

The role is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00–16:30, and will involve DBS checks. Candidates should have a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ level 2 in carpentry or plumbing (or equivalent trade

Competenze

• Either a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ level 2 in either carpentry or plumbing or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades.
• Experience dealing with customers directly.
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of working in Property Maintenance
• Good IT skills (able to use a PDA system)

Mansioni

• Minimise void properties and ensure planned works, responsive and void repairs are carried out efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team carrying out repairs from carpentry and plumbing.
• 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 16:30pm.
