• A large housing association responsible for managing and maintaining over 25,000 properties in the North West of England

Job Description

• You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in social housing
• Majority of repairs will be Carpentry/Joinery, however you will be required to carry out other basic repairs in plumbing, plastering (patching), decorating
• Works will be carried out in occupied properties therefore good customer service skills will be required

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience working in a similar maintenance role is required - specifically social housing
• You must have at least NVQ Level 2 (or Equivalent) in carpentry and joinery
• You must have a clean driving license
• You must have your own basic tools
