Job description

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is looking for a Multi-skilled Joiner to join their team based in Greater Manchester.

Rate: £20-21 p/h CIS + Van & Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits

Length: temporary

Hours: 40 per week

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working in Social Housing.
• Have an NVQ level 2/3 in Joinery.
• Have experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner, having done basic plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling.
• Must be competent in all aspects of the Joiner discipline.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have their own tools.

The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:

• 1st and 2nd fix Joinery.
• Use of PDA Systems.
• Carrying out day-to-day repairs.
• Multi trade skilled operative and capable of completing works in other construction trades including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and roofing.
