Job description

Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Multi Skilled Joiner

Join one of the fastest growing housing associations in St Helens and Warrington. We are currently recruiting for a multi skilled joiner to join their repairs and maintenance team.

Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

1. Responding to reactive maintenance needs and repairs by appointment
2. Carrying out multi-trade maintenance (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
3. Completing all aspects of joinery work internally and externally on both void and tenanted properties

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Joinery (must provide proof of qualifications)
• Basic skills in Plumbing, plastering, tiling, etc.
• Substantial experience in joinery, maintenance, and construction within the social housing industry
• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card (desirable)
• Good customer care skills
