Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a reliable Handyman / Labourer / Driver to support day-to-day site operations across residential and commercial projects. You will perform general tasks, assist trades, and ensure safety and quality on occupied and vacant sites.

The role requires flexibility, practical skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in handyman, labouring or driving roles.
• Good all-round practical knowledge in maintenance or construction.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general minor multi-trade tasks across properties.
• Complete snagging and defect rectification to high standards.
• Support various projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Monitor stock levels and request additional stock when needed.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship on site.
• Perform labouring duties and assist other trades.
• Move materials, tools and equipment between sites.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized.
• Assist site supervisors with daily operations.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site teams.
• Travel between multiple sites as required.
