Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support a long-term partnership based in Warwick. You will deliver reactive repairs and maintenance across thousands of homes, supported by modern digital systems to ensure efficient workflows and a first-class service.

You will carry out plastering to a high standard, with NVQ Level 2, and may undertake plumbing and carpentry tasks. A driving licence, DBS, and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum.
• Strong plastering capability.
• Good fault-diagnosis and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering to a high standard (NVQ2).
• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable).
• Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable).
• Support with general property maintenance duties across housing stock.
• Work independently and in a team to deliver a first-class service.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.

We are recruiting several experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to support one of long-term partnerships based in Warwick.

In this role, you’ll help deliver reactive repairs and maintenance across thousands of homes ensuring residents live in properties that are safe, comfortable and well‑maintained. You’ll be supported by modern digital systems that keep work flowing efficiently and give you everything you need to deliver a first‑class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering to a high standard, NVQ Level 2 required
• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable)
• Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable)
• Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties
• Work effectively both independently and within a team
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong plastering capability
• Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry
• Ability to diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience working in tenanted properties
• Familiar with PDA usage
• Additional trade qualifications

Additional Requirements

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum
• Clean, valid UK driving licence
• DBS check (or willingness to undertake)
• Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)
• Professional, customer-focused presentation
