Job summary

Midland Heart is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to maintain and improve over 35,000 homes across the Midlands. You’ll diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs with pride, working across both occupied and empty homes to deliver a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and competence within your primary trade.
• Practical skills across one or more additional trades.
• Sound understanding of site safety and safe working practices.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs across 35,000 homes and wide range of projects.
• Work across occupied and empty properties delivering quality workmanship.
• Utilise primary trade and wider multi-trade skills to complete repairs and adaptations.
• Aim to resolve repairs first time and maintain high standards of service for tenants.
