Multi Trade Carpenter needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking planned work on local authority properties. Responsibilities:

1. Ability to undertake a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trades tasks at a multi-skilled level.
2. Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain good customer relationships.
3. This will include general response repairs/reactive maintenance.
4. Daily tasks will include all aspects of kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
2. Full current driving license.
3. Competent in completing a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trade tasks at a multi-skilled level.
4. Demonstrable experience with various carpentry and plumbing works across different properties.
5. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent time-served experience in carpentry, masonry, or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
6. Experience working as part of a trade team delivering within tight deadlines.
7. Full clean driving license.
8. Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
