Multi Trade Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter for a Maintenance Company to undertake planned work on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trades tasks at a multi-skilled level.
2. Provide high-quality service to customers and maintain good customer relationships.
3. Carry out general response repairs and reactive maintenance.
4. Complete daily jobs including kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
2. Full current driving license.
3. Competent in a wide range of carpentry, plumbing, and other trade tasks at a multi-skilled level.
4. Proven experience with carpentry and plumbing across various properties.
5. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in carpentry, masonry, or plumbing, with competency in non-core trades.
6. Experience working as part of a trade team under tight deadlines.
7. Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
