Job Overview

Various opportunities are available with a refurbishment and fit-out Main Contractor based in Baldock, North Hertfordshire. They operate across London, the A1 Corridor to Peterborough, North London, and surrounding counties, offering a wide variety of work in sectors such as Commercial, Education, Leisure, Hospitality, Heritage, and Industrial.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Perform internal and external commercial refurbishment work.
• Partitioners: Understand metal stud, track, traditional timber stud, and various systems like Komfort and Tenon.
• Carpenters: Primarily 2nd fix work, some 1st fix, with high standards of installation.
• Ceiling Fixers: Knowledge of suspended grid, MF, Burgess ceilings, etc.
• General Builders: Groundworks, drainage, concrete, brickwork, structural alterations.
• Decorators: Experience in all aspects of commercial decorating.
• Multi-skilled Tradespersons: Capable of internal refurbishment tasks including carpentry, ceiling fixing, partitioning, and floor laying.
