Niyaa People is seeking a Multi Trade Builder to cover Reading and surrounding areas across the UK. You will perform responsive repairs and planned maintenance in both domestic and commercial properties, using a range of trades including plumbing, carpentry, roofing and painting.
Ideal candidates have strong multi-trade building skills, a full UK driving licence, and are willing to travel extensively with overnight stays when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance and multi-trade repairs.
- Strong multi-trade and building skills across domestic and commercial properties.
- Good problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
- Work across domestic and commercial properties.
- Perform general building and multi-trade repairs.
- Carry out plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, roofing and landscaping tasks.
- Undertake refurbishment and maintenance projects.
- Diagnose faults and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Work independently and manage own workload with safety and quality.
