Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd in Reading is hiring a Multi Trade Builder to carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across domestic and commercial properties, with extensive UK travel and overnight stays when required. You will work independently, manage your workload, and deliver high-quality building, plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing and landscaping tasks while ensuring safety and customer service.

This role offers a company van, travel and tools, a Monday-Friday pattern, and holiday

Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance experience.
• Strong multi-trade and building skills.
• Experience working across domestic and commercial properties.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Based in or around Reading.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work away from home.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Working across domestic and commercial properties.
• Completing general building and multi-trade repairs.
• Carrying out plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, roofing and landscaping works.
• Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works.
• Diagnosing faults and finding cost-effective solutions.
• Working independently and managing your own workload.
• Completing work safely and to a high standard.

Join a growing property maintenance business as a Multi Trade Builder, covering projects in Reading and around the UK.

The Multi Trade Builder role is offering:
