Job summary

Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing property maintenance team. This is a mobile role across commercial and hospitality properties, carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs and small works.

You’ll work independently on customer sites with support from our operational and specialist trades when required. A full UK driving licence and broad practical building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad practical experience across property maintenance or general building works.
• Strong carpentry and general building skills.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive building maintenance and repairs across customer sites.
• Completing carpentry, general building and multi-trade works.
• Undertaking minor plumbing, decorating and making-good works where required.
• Repairing doors, locks, ironmongery, fixtures and fittings.
• Diagnosing problems and identifying practical solutions.
• Identifying and reporting additional or specialist works where required.
• Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Providing clear job notes, photographs and updates from site.
• Communicating professionally with customers and site teams.
• Ensuring work areas are left clean, tidy and safe.

We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing property maintenance team.

This is a varied mobile role working across commercial and hospitality properties, carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs and small works. You’ll encounter a wide range of jobs, so we’re looking for people with strong general building skills who are comfortable turning their hand to different types of work.

You’ll work independently across customer sites while being supported by our operational teams and specialist trades when required.

About You

We’re looking for someone with broad practical experience who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in multi-trade, property maintenance, facilities maintenance or general building works.
• Strong carpentry and general building skills.
• Practical knowledge across several areas of property maintenance.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• The confidence to manage your own workload while working remotely.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A flexible approach to different types of work and environments.
• A full UK driving licence.
