Fortem are recruiting for a 6-month fixed-term Multi Skilled Trade to join our Repairs and Maintenance team, covering social housing properties across Taunton, Yeovil and surrounding areas. The role welcomes applicants with carpentry or plumbing skills, or a broad multi-trade background, and offers a work van, fuel card, and tools.
Core hours are Mon-Fri 8.00am-4.30pm; travel is required. A driving licence and DBS check are needed.
We have a new opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team for 6 months on a fixed term contract at Stonewater Housing Society as a Multi Skilled TradeYou can be an all round handy person or a trade which uses either core Carpentry skills, or Plumbing skills and a range of other Multi trade skills which can include, Tiling, Flooring, Locks and Windows etc.The Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties covering a patch across Taunton, Yeovil and Surrounding areas in the South West so travel is essential.Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm - Work Van, Fuel card, Power Tools provided!
Stonewater Housing is one of our long term contracts. We look after over 7,500 houses in 4 different areas of the South-West, from Taunton and Yeovil, over to Bristol and Swindon and down to Salisbury and Bournemouth.
