Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking a Plumber & Multi-trader based from home, working on a mobile basis across Watford, parts of London and M25. You will undertake domestic plumbing, tiling, boxing around pipework, and general maintenance on private properties.

Overtime available; a clean, presentable professional with good customer service is essential. Applicants should have experience on property maintenance contracts and be capable across a range of trades to ensure timely, quality

• Experience tiling around showers and installing Aqua Panels.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION

Multi-trade / plumbing

Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate

You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of domestic plumbing with experience of the following:

• Removing and replacing boxing around toilets/pipework


• Tiling around showers


• Installing Aqua Panels


• Tiling floors and walls where required


• General making-good and other multi-trade works around plumbing


• All other general maintenance repairs (i.e light bulbs, tightening handles/seats, hinges etc…)

JOB INFORMATION

As a Plumber & Multi-trader based from home you will be working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing and associated multi-trade tasks such as tiling, boxing around pipework and other general maintenance tasks
Covering your surrounding area you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner
Homes are privatley owned or private landlord rather than social housing contracts. Attention to detail is a must.
Overtime is available
