Responsibilities

• Reactive plumbing repairs in domestic properties.

• Basic multi-trade work such as tiling, patch plastering, carpentry and silicone work.
• Ensuring all jobs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Customer-facing work, so a friendly and professional approach is key.
• Using a PDA to manage jobs and report updates.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across their housing stock. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident working in occupied properties and can turn their hand to a variety of trades.

Day to Day duties:

• Reactive plumbing repairs in domestic properties

• Diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and heating/plumbing issues
