Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing Specialist) role covering Maidenhead, paying £43,951 per annum + up to £7,032 performance pay, with a company van, protective clothing and £155 annual tool allowance.

This is a permanent role working across social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance. You must be a qualified plumber by trade or have substantial relevant plumbing experience, alongside broader multi-trade skills. You'll also need to be comfortable working across void and tenanted properties and participating in an out-of-hours rota.

• Based around Maidenhead, with candidates ideally living within 20 miles of the head office. Those living further away may be required to contribute towards fuel costs for the van commute to the Maidenhead office.
