Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking a Plumber & Multi-trader based in West London. You will handle domestic plumbing, tiling, boxing around pipework and other maintenance tasks on private property contracts.

Working on a mobile basis with West London coverage, you’ll ensure high-quality workmanship, professional conduct, and timely completion. Overtime is available.

JOB TITLE: Plumber & Multi-trader

LOCATION: West London/North West London/South West london

SALARY: £38k - £42k VAN,fuel card, overtime

CANDIDATE INFORMATION- Plumber & Multi-trader

Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate

You will have experience of working on property maintenance contracts previously and be competent on a wide range of domestic plumbing with experience of the following:

• Removing and replacing boxing around toilets/pipework
• Tiling around showers
• Installing Aqua Panels
• Tiling floors and walls where required
• General making-good and other multi-trade works around plumbing
• All other general maintenance repairs (i.e light bulbs, tightening handles/seats, hinges etc…)

JOB INFORMATION -Plumber & Multi-trader

As a Plumber & Multi-trader based from home you will be working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing and associated multi-trade tasks such as tiling, boxing around pipework and other general maintenance tasks

Covering the West side of London you would be responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner

Homes are privatley owned or private landlord rather than social housing contracts. Attention to detail is a must.

Overtime is available
