Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a mobile role across multiple stores in the UK. You will perform a wide range of building fabric and housekeeping repairs and assist with minor Planned Preventive Maintenance to keep stores safe and fully operational.

Ideal candidates will have multi-trade FM experience, a full UK driving licence, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds in a relevant trade; multi-trade FM experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and safe working practices.
• Capable of fabric and grounds repairs across stores.
• Comfortable using iPads for logging tasks.
• Delivers high-quality work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive company standards, values and behaviours; Represent City professionally and attend required training.
• Complete minor maintenance and fabric repairs across building fabric and housekeeping.
• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance within agreed timescales and keep records updated.
• Respond promptly to Helpdesk requests, assess requirements and escalate as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials to stay available and safe.
• Provide clear support across allocated stores with regular planned visit schedule.
